Late Sri Chandu Udayabhaskar committed to deliver quality and customer satisfaction, developed diverse projects including Govt. School buildings, Govt. Civil works, Irrigation projects and Electric power project along with Sri Nageswara Swamy from 1988 with Honesty and Integrity.
In 2000, Late Sri Chandu Udayabhaskar partnered with M/s Venkataramana Developers Pvt. Ltd. and excelled in building hundreds of cost effective homes and apartments. Sri Chandu Udayabhaskar passed away after fulfilled his dreams to provide affordable quality homes to a common man.
To continue the legacy with the same spirit, Sri Chandu Nageswara Swamy established “Sri Udayabhaskar Nirman” in 2017 with Chandu Chaitanya Krishna, S/o late Sri Chandu Udayabhaskar.
